Classical Anniversaries

2009 is a year of lots of anniversaries in the Classical Music world, so tonight's show included music by two of the great classical composers - Baroque master - George Frederick Handel who died 250 years ago this year, and Romantic composer - Felix Mendelssohn who was born 200 years ago this year.

Alongside that, we heard music from French composer Gabriel Faure and from new electric string group Escala.
