Tuesday 9th February – Funny man, my Bro joined me this morning - Not Christine Darby...

As well as being entertained by my little bro I spoke to Jeremy Strong, award winning Children's Author about the importance of reading to children at night before they go to sleep.

Children aged 7-12 with a passion for penmanship should enter their own bedtime story, about Silentnight’s iconic duo – Hippo and Duck, for the chance to see their masterpiece illustrated and published.

The winner will also receive a family stay at Alton Towers, Silentnight Chill-Out or My First Bed, many Bloomsbury goodies and will have their book published.

In addition, the final 10 best stories will be read and recorded by Jeremy Strong, which will be available to be downloaded from www.silentnight.co.uk/bookatbedtime.

9 Runners up will also receive a Silentnight Chill-Out bed and Bloomsbury goodies.

So start writing your very own “once upon a time…” and “In a place far far away….” for your chance to create your very own “happily ever after!”

The deadline for entries is the 30th April 2010...don't hesitate get creative over half term!
