Anthony Crutchett and his team at Cambridge University Fenced off Oxford rivals  - Captained by his younger brother Alexander - to win the British Universities & Colleges Sport Championships in Sheffield.  He spoke to me about his hopes to represent Great Britain in the 2012 Olympics and his plans to continue training and competing whilst finishing his studies at Cambridge.
Abby Knight, Beauty Editor, popped in to give me her monthly Beauty tips and today we were looking at maintaining those Yummy Mummy Youthful Looks.  Her Top tips were:
  • Wear Foundation and eye colours that suit your age - soften the colours on the eyes, stay away from thick black eyeliner and give your skin tone a lift with a bronzer
  • Lip liner is back to define your lips and give them a lift
  • If Botox isn't your thing then a soft fringe can hide a multitude of sins!  - check out Twiggy, Lulu and Jenifer Aniston.
  • But to keep those facial muscles supple and worked out will help improve the contours of your face - and its pain free - Google Yotox for more info
  • Think Joan Collins and stay out of the sun: keep skin fresh and bright with skin lightening creams and radiance boosters and tinted moisturisers with a good SPF for protection against sun damage.
  • Update your skin care: moisturising, brightening masks and regular exfoliation: Microdermabrasion works wonders
  • Protect your hands, one of the biggest age giveaways, have regular manicures and buff hands at home.
  • For saggy baggy hands, could think about filler treatment that plump them up and make them look years younger in minutes. - Always carry a moisturiser with you.
  • Keep your locks glossy with deep conditioners and regular haircuts.
