A FOOTBALL club is set for a new start after 40 years as it moves to a new £400,000 home.  Detailed plans have now been released on the expensive revamp of Swan Mead recreation ground, Vange.  The proposals involve creating four new changing rooms, male and female showers, disabled access, toilets, a referees’ changing room, store, kitchen and park attendant’s office.

We already know there's going to be new Bond movie out next year, but before that there's a new book too.  Carte Blanche is being released a few days before Ian Fleming's birthday in May - he was the original writer behind the James Bond spy stories.  The new novel's being written by thriller writer Jeffery Deaver and is set in the present day, but details of the plot haven't been revealed.

P Diddy is rolling in to town this week and you can get up close and personal with him at an autograph signing in HMV on London's Oxford St, Thursday evening. He is launching his new single Coming Home and his very own Diddybeats headphones.

Janet Jackson's proving she's still got it - after tickets sold out for her upcoming LA gig in just 10 minutes.  It forms part of her world Number Ones: Up Close and Personal Tour, which includes 35 cities.  They're her first concerts since her 2008 tour, which was marred by several problems, including poor ticket sales.

Down under Brit Award nominee Tinie Tempah got to celebrate with the victorious England Cricketers as they toasted their recent Ashes win

Tributes are being paid to British actress Susannah York, who has died of cancer.  She was 72.  Her son says she was a talented actress with an eclectic career and a "truly wonderful mother".  York became a star of the stage and screen and was nominated for an Oscar for the 1969 film They Shoot Horses, Don't They?  In more recent years she was seen on TV shows Holby
City and Casualty, as well as continuing her work on the stage.

The Isle of Wight Festival has sold out. The line-up for the 13th festival in June includes Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters and Kasabian.  Organisers have also announced Pulp, The Script, Plan B and Liam Gallagher's band Beady Eye will perform.

Tomorrow we will look at the weekend's movers and shakers in the Official UK charts: There has been an upset at the top of the singles charts with new talent from Essex taking a strong position  - and its not Pixie Lott, Olly Murrs, Matt Cardle or Stacey Solomon - but, X factor's Simon Cowell does like what she's doing!!
